• Fake chat conversations are for prank entertainment only and should not be used to deceive in harmful ways
• No AI analysis of real relationships takes place on this platform

You agree to use FriendCheck only for lawful entertainment purposes. You must NOT:

• Use fake chat screenshots to defame, harass, bully, or harm individuals
• Present generated content as real to cause material harm to someone
• Use the platform to generate content targeting minors in harmful ways
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the platform's code or content for commercial purposes
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws

We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who misuses the platform.

The FriendCheck name, logo, design, code, and content are the intellectual property of FriendCheck and its creators. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of this platform without explicit written permission.

Content you generate using our tools (e.g., fake chat screenshots) is yours to share for personal entertainment, subject to the acceptable use rules above.

FriendCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Any harm to real-world relationships resulting from use of our tools
• Content shared by users outside our platform
• Technical issues, downtime, or data loss
• Consequences arising from misuse of generated content

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed zero, as the platform is provided entirely free of charge.
